CACI is seeking a cleared IT Systems Engineer/Architecture to provide systems architectural support to the program management team on a fast-paced, US Army Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) program.

The Systems Engineering/Architect should be comfortable working with a diverse set of contractors and customer personnel using strong interpersonal skills to contribute to the assessment, integration, testing and fielding of wide raging technologies and advanced concepts. Track, manage, and resolve technical issues.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Applies interdisciplinary engineering skills in the technical planning, systems integration, verification and validation, cost and risk and supportability and effectiveness analyses for complex solutions or products.

  • Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance.

  • Performs functional analysis and detailed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into technical specifications.

  • Recommends design or architecture approaches to meet requirements for new or improved products or processes.

  • Experience generating system engineering documentation.

  • Experience generating reports for information assurance.

  • Experience supporting and generating CONOPS development.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • An active DoD TS/SCI and obtain Poly.

  • Bachelor’s of Science + 5 yrs of work experience or Master’s + 3 yrs of work experience from an accredited science & technology university.

  • Work experience must be in system/architectural projects.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and present effective technical presentations to management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Active DoD Polygraph.

  • Architectural knowledge of DoDAF is highly desirable.

  • Experience with Army systems.

  • Experience with prototype, RDT&E, risk-reduction efforts.

  • Experience with SIGINT systems.

  • Experience with embedded systems support.

  • Technical writing experience.
