Job Description
Immediate opportunity for a Junior JAVA Software Engineer to join CACI's large, prime program in Hanover, MD in support of the Intelligence Community. All staff are fully cleared, and the program provides mission critical Enterprise Application Messaging and Authorization Services worldwide. The technical staff develops and supports complex data transport, enterprise audit, authorization, information transport, and enterprise application hosting services.

What You’ll Get to Do:As a Junior JAVA Software Engineer, you will support the design, development and testing of enterprise software critical to the Customer enterprise. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate a strong background developing enterprise-grade Java applications in a Linux environment, using Git, Maven and Gradle.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a technical discipline OR 4 years of software development experience with similar software processes.
Must have current TS/SCI Polygraph clearance
Java development experience, internship, or applicable schoolwork
Ability to debug and resolve application errors and performance bottlenecks in a timely and effective manner
Ability to clearly communicate ideas and status updates to peers and management
Ability to develop, deploy, and maintain software in an Enterprise Linux environment
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience using Git, Maven and Gradle
Knowledge of message-oriented middleware such as JMS, AMQP, STOMP, or MQTT
Knowledge of Stream Processing (Apache Storm)
Knowledge of distributed, in-memory key-value stores (Redis)
Knowledge of Complex Event Processing (CEP)
Knowledge of Business Rules Management Systems (Drools)
Knowledge of the Spring Framework and Dependency Injection
