CACI International Senior System Administrator in Hanover, Maryland
CACI’s Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector, is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator on our Multi Factor Authentication Services team in support of an Intelligence Community contract in Hanover, MD. As the System Administrator, you will provide support for our customer through writing scripts for process automation. You will be a key member of a large prime contract effort, comprised of multiple teams working to secure, operate and enhance customer systems. This position provides Linux and some Windows system administration for assigned infrastructure. You will support new infrastructure projects and works within the dictated security boundaries for servers, workstations and networks. Additionally, you will play a significant role in automating processes to improve overall team performance.
More About Your Role:
Maintain existing legacy tools and help plan transition to new tools.
Gather requirements to automate various processes and implement through scripts and utilization of API’s as appropriate.
Design, develop, document, integrate, test and deliver scripts, code and other services employing standard industry processes and procedures.
Interact effectively, courteously, and directly with the technical teams to resolve technical issues.
Read, write and maintain standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
Produce and/or contribute to IT knowledge articles.
Develop and maintain software applications and/or databases, including web applications and user interfaces.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline and 10 years of Systems Administration experience. Additional experience may be substituted for degree.
Current TS/SCI Poly clearance
Expertise with Linux Operating Systems
Experience with scripting using various scripting languages
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Understanding of database and basic SQL
Building RESTful Services
Experience working with REST APIs
Familiarity with NodeJS, ChartJS, HTML.
