CACI is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to provide system engineering and Technical Support to the Zero Trust Implementation. The candidate will work with existing ICAM capability teams to define requirements, develop architecture, and design documentation, perform technology assessments, and support risk mitigation assessments. The candidate is expected to provide hands-on support for managing configurations, assisting with installation troubleshooting, and cloud technologies. The candidate is expected to provide technical expertise in industry, federal, and DoD standards/policies as well as create and maintain ICAM Zero Trust documentation to include release notes, installation and user guides, frameworks, SOPs, and plans in accordance with Zero Trust mandates. The candidate should understand and work with technologies like REST, Oracle/MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, JSON, XML, Docker, AWS, Nifi, Single Sign-On (OAuth and SAML). Other duties include researching and analyzing cloud security environments, assisting with Risk Management Framework and DoD accreditation packages and documentation, identifying capability gaps and enhancements for current ICAM services, defining implementation processes, and outlining hardware and software considerations. Must be able to assist the software developers with tracking and defining requirements, sprint planning/scheduling, design input/changes, and testing support

Required Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines.

  • 10 years of System Engineering experience. An additional 5 years of System Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 15 years.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SW development methodologies

  • Ability to solve complex system/integration problems.

  • Experience briefing senior-level management

  • Familiar with AWS, Spring Boot, Java, Git, and microservices

  • Demonstrated engineering experience on programs with requirements, functional analysis, and allocation, conducting system requirement reviews, developing CONOPS and system architectures.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in working with Software Development, Test Engineers, and System Administration teams to establish capabilities that meet requirements.

  • Ability to facilitate meetings and brief technical concepts to technical and non-technical personnel.

  • Experience with developing program review materials

  • Must be able to work in a collaborative environment. Must be able to work with minimum supervision and be customer focused.

  • Experience with Confluence and JIRA

  • Knowledge of EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO and CUI Standards

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$119,800 - $263,600
