CACI International Software Engineer/Developer in Hanover, Maryland
CACI is looking for an extraordinary Software Engineer/Developer to work on innovative Prime Contract. This great opportunity will be in Hanover, Maryland. The Software Engineer/Developers will come and work with a team of groundbreaking Engineers and Developers.

The MIDDLEWARE program is comprised of multiple TTOs, and provides five key capabilities across them as well as a wide variety of support services. The key capabilities are: Data Transport - Provides real-time data transport services across a global footprint, Billions of message events per day. Enterprise Audit - Provides millions of auditable events to the enterprise never audited before. Authorization Services - Provides Billions of authorizations per year across the IC. Information Transport Service (ITS) - ODNI Mandated high speed data transport for high vale traffic. Enterprise Application Hosting – Supporting requirements for Platform as a Service (PaaS) and remote desktop infrastructure across the enterprise.
The Software Developer/Engineer will be doing following:
Design, develop, and test enterprise software utilizing message-oriented middleware.
Candidate should demonstrate strong development skills and Java experience.
Familiarity with JMS is a plus.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Eight years minimum developing software and systems using Java middleware
Three years of experience developing high-performance multi-threaded applications, or applications executed in distributed computing environments
One year of experience working with message-oriented middleware such as JMS.
Demonstrated experience dealing with processing and managing large data sets or high-volume data ingest
Ability to clearly communicate ideas and status updates to peers and management
Linux experience, including familiarity with basic terminal commands
TS/SCI w/Poly Required
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience developing complex event processing (CEP) applications
Experience with Stream Processing (Apache Storm)
Experience with distributed, in-memory key-value stores (Redis)
Experience with Apache Accumulo
Experience with Apache Hadoop and MapReduce
Experience using Enterprise Integration Patterns (Apache Camel)
Ability to predict/detect performance bottlenecks and design performant solutions
Ability to quickly review code to identify and correct design flaws
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
