CACI International Sr. Software Engineer - Splunk/Tableau - TS/SCI Poly in Hanover, Maryland

CACI’s Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to join it’s large, prime program in support of the DoD. All staff are fully cleared, and the program provides mission critical Enterprise Application Messaging and Authorization Services worldwide.

What You’ll Get to Do: As a Sr. Software Engineer , you will lead the end-to-end process of creating and implementing the foundation of future analytic capabilities. These new solutions will be developed by utilizing a combination of Splunk and Tableau to ensure long term sustainability of the solutions put into production. To be successful in this role you will be highly experienced with AWS Cloud. You will have the opportunity to use your experience with end-to-end architecting/implementing Splunk and/or Tableau solutions! Additionally, you should be prepared to lead in crafting sustainable solutions with the desired tech stacks within the designated environment. You will diligently track work completed and deliver regular updates to organizational leadership of progress in the desired cadence You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Current TS/SCI poly clearance

  • Bachelors degree in a technical discipline and 10 years of Software Engineering experience. Additional experience may be substituted for degree.

  • Experience with/Knowledge of:

  • Experience with AWS Cloud environment solutions/architecture.

  • Experience with Splunk architecture, Splunk's Search Processing Language (SPL), and analytic creation.

  • Experience with Tableau is highly valued, but not required.

  • Well-versed in computer networking protocols and devices, operating system internals, and computer system architectures.

  • Develop tools to automate security testing and enable more efficient discovery and resolution of security problems.

  • Demonstrate strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a small team setting.
