CACI’s Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector, is seeking a Sr. Systems Administrator to join our large, prime program in support of the DoD. All staff are fully cleared, and the program provides mission critical Enterprise Application Messaging and Authorization Services worldwide.

This program provides opportunities to support highly visible, widely used systems that “make a difference” in this mission critical effort. You will work with exceptionally talented professionals in a collaborative team environment to develop and maintain tools that are core infrastructure components!

What You’ll Get to Do:

As a Sr. System Administrator, you will support development and production environments for a mission critical Identity and Access Management (IdAM) system. Responsibilities include working with a team configuring and deploying AWS ec2 instances, building AWS images, performing security hardening, patching, and platform monitoring. This position also will support ISSO and ISSEs in obtaining and maintaining security certification and accreditation. You will apply knowledge of computer operations, platforms, systems, architectures, functions, and terminology. Independently read, write, and implement standard operating procedures and technical documentation.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a technical discipline and 10 years Systems Administration experience. Additional experience may be substituted for degree.

  • Current TS/SCI Polygraph clearance

  • 2+ years experience with PKI authentication services.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with:

  • AWS Cloud Computing Services

  • VPC, EC2, AWS CLI, S3

  • Linux and Windows operating systems

  • CentOS, RedHat, Windows Server

  • Cloud automation (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation)

  • Familiarity with MongoDB document databases

  • Configuration and Maintenance of Virtual Machines

  • VCenter/VMWare

  • PKI and MFA Experience (e.g., RSA, x.509, general certificate management processes and certificate lifecycle management)

  • Active Directory (AD) and LDAP

  • Scripting languages (e.g., Python, bash, etc.)

  • OS and Software application patching (e.g., IAVA, Version updates)

  • IdAM directories (active directory and/or LDAP)

  • Experience with Jira and Confluence

  • Networking/Load Balancing/Proxy

  • Docker/Kubernetes

  • MongoDB 4.x

  • Attention to detail and time management

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Ability to provide afterhours call-in support

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently and with a team.
