CACI is seeking a System Engineer to support mission critical application and web service development in support of an Identity and Access Management (IdAM) solution. The Multi-Factor Authentication Management System (MFAMS) is an NSA Enterprise Cybersecurity Services (Y63) web application designed to support NSA’s Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) services. MFAMS is a supporting capability of NSA enterprise Multifactor Authentication (MFA) process designed to collect and deliver inventory, user and location data for the RSA tokens used for NSANet login authentication. Responsibilities include providing expertise in architecture, design, development, requirements analysis, data flow, process improvement, testing and implementation. Providing system engineering and integration support for interfacing systems. Analyzing and establishing system requirements, creating and updating standard SE documentation to include CONOPS. Test Plan, Test Procedures, User Guides, process diagrams, data flow diagrams and system configuration documentation.
Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
Ten (10) years of experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 15 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with and/or understanding of:
Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) encryption and authentication
Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) concepts
Experience with and/or understanding of:
Requirement’s analysis and decomposition
Ticketing systems (JIRA, Redmine, or similar)
SIGINT or IA domains
Decomposing complex, interconnected software processes to identify and document dependencies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills – Able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts.
Ability to write/review technical documentation including user guides, and wiki sites.
Ability to work independently – must be a self-starter.
Experience performing regression testing and other testing in the course of software development.
Attention to detail and time management.
