CACI’s Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector, is seeking a Systems Administrator to support a large, prime Intelligence contract in Hanover, MD.
More About the Role:
As a Systems Administrator, you will be part of the Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) team. In this role, your responsibilities may include:
Provide mission applications focused expertise for the enterprise user.
Interact effectively, courteously and directly with users to resolve a wide range of technical issues.
Respond to queries and requests for service that originate by telephone, web based portals, e-mail and other methods.
Utilize your knowledge of computer operations, platforms, systems and architectures, functions and terminology to successfully perform required tasks.
Read, write and adhere to standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
Assist with transition to new technologies into the enterprise and contribute/produce IT knowledge articles.
Attend specialized training to perform various job functions.
Obtain special access to various enterprise systems to enable team to perform duties.
Perform specialized duties other system admins not able to complete.
Coordinate with externals organizations as required. You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a technical discipline and 3 years of Systems Administration experience. Additional experience may be substituted for degree.
Current TS/SCI Poly clearance
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with PKI Authentication Services
Ability to work independently to triage issues and prioritize tasks
Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines
Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
