CACI is seeking a Technical Consultant that will support the specification, modeling, analysis, development, and monitoring of data flow needs within the effort. You will work in a collaborative manner with the team, users, customers and community partners to meet data processing and analytic requirements. Responsibilities include defining, designing, and implementing data solutions based on customer needs, including modeling, and cloud-based solutions. You must possess a strong set of communication skills and familiarity with ETL workflows, and customer policy concepts.
Minimum Skills:
TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
Ten (10) years of experience as a Technical Consultant (TC) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Five (5) years of additional TC experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 15 years’ experience
Distributed system architecture and design within C2S/AWS
Data analysis and modeling experience
Critical Skills:
Familiarity with security policies and general audit concepts.
Experience with interacting with ODNI and other IC elements to support government tasking, make recommendations, and meet shared technical goals
Able to develop and refine implementation plans to meet schedule and requirements
Distributed system architecture and design within C2S/AWS
Able to brief and discuss policy and solutions with senior customer leadership.
Data analytics and modeling experience
