CACI International Test Engineer - TS/SCI Poly in Hanover, Maryland
CACI’s Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector, is seeking a Test Engineer to support a large, prime Intelligence contract in Hanover, MD.
This Program provides mission critical Enterprise Application Messaging and Authorization Services worldwide. It is comprised of complex data transport, enterprise audit, authorization services, information transport services/application messaging, and enterprise application hosting services.
What You’ll Get to Do:As a Test Engineer, you will provide testing support to the development of an enterprise middleware solution. You will join a team to provide functional and performance test support to ensure the developed software functions properly and the middleware solution operates efficiently within the client’s enterprise. The Test Engineer will participate in test planning and execution and will develop the necessary documentation for software deliveries. Additionally, you will work with software developers/management to develop test cases and ensure proper system functionality.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a technical discipline and 5 years Systems Engineering/Software Testing experience. Additional experience may be substituted for degree.
Current TS/SCI Poly clearance
Hands-on experience with Linux and MongoDB.
Knowledgeable with basic Linux and Windows OS commands
Experience with Test Frameworks like JUnit
Recent experience with designing, implementing, and executing API-level test cases
Working knowledge of various cloud environments, such as AWS.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience working with Docker and Maven.
Experience with using PKI-infrastructure, SSH, SFTP.
One year experience using Elastic Search and Kibana.
Working knowledge of Confluence, Jira, GitLab and Jenkins CI/CD.
Working experience with MongoDB collections to facilitate data verification and validation.
Experience deploying, configuring and maintaining test builds
Familiarity with Configuration Management tasks involved in the build process
Adept in investigative testing to troubleshoot root cause of test failures to include identifying and interpreting Java exception traces.
Experience editing scripts (ex. shell, .bat) to facilitate testing
For all software release candidates, new features, patches and bug fixes create the use cases and performance tests to ensure software functions according to defined requirements and provide verification and validation of requirements.
Conduct root cause analysis and reverse engineering to replicate and resolve customer identified issues in a timely manner.
