CACI International Business Development Operations Analyst in Herndon, Virginia
What You’ll Get to Do:
The Business Development (BD) Operations Analyst position is responsible for assisting the Operating Group (OG) Business Development Executive (BDE) and Business Development Managers (BDM’s) in ensuring operational excellence and efficiency. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, BD financial planning, analysis, and initiatives as well as the oversight and coordination of corporate business development processes and systems. The Business Development Operations Analyst will coordinate and prepare monthly pipeline, B&P, and New Business Review (NBR) presentations working closely with the LGS Business Development Managers (BDM), capture managers, and the line managers.
More About the Position:
Leads SCORE-Sales management for the OG, to include reporting, data accuracy improvements, and data interfaces to systems.
Coordinates and manages inputs associated with pipeline, B&P, and NBR reviews and ensure the integrity of data
Coordinates BDE and BDM staff participation in Milestone reviews and provides support to BD staff as necessary.
Takes part in overall Business Strategy Development and Coordination.
Ensures BD Group compliance with Corporate Policies and Procedures.
Develops and implements communication programs and forums within the BD Group to ensure appropriate and timely information flow at all levels of the organization.
Participates in the implementation of BD related corporate business systems, processes, policies, and programs; and develops recommendations for continuous improvement in these areas.
Provides analysis and recommendations on BD Group Business matters requiring BDE decisions and approvals.
Coordinates with BD Group, OG and Corporate senior level managers and executives, as required.
Perform general administrative functions in support of the OG BDE, including:
Maintaining the BDE’s schedule and calendar.- Coordinating the BDE’s and BDM’s travel and associated expense reporting.- New Hire Onboarding administration.- Performing other BD related business administrative duties, as required.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 year of direct business operations experience.
Demonstrated strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office; especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook calendar
Demonstrated experience with a CRM tool, such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
Demonstrated ability to think both tactically and strategically and be able to communicate across the spectrum of levels of the organization, including solid interpersonal skills.
