We’re looking for a dynamic and engaging Tier 1 and 2 support specialist who is comfortable and experienced addressing a myriad of customer support requests. You will be helping users work with a variety of our applications and user facing tools and providing one-on-one support to them as necessary. We’re interested in your creative suggestions on ways to make this position work more efficiently and help users to help themselves, and interested in bringing your thoughts and ideas to our program.
This position offers significant visibility on our project as the “face” of our application within our customer organization, interaction with users and customers will include those at all levels, including senior positions.

More About the Role:
The candidate will be responsible for owning, operating, and managing customer support for tiers 1 and 2 for our program.
The ideal candidate will:
Work independently and with the team to develop proficiency with the functional use of a variety of applications and user facing tools.
Address user support requests for help with our tools and applications and escalate them to Tiers 2 and 3 as appropriate.
Display a sense of urgency while going about these tasks, with a positive and upbeat attitude.
Participates in team activities such as requirements gathering, design sessions, production issues, as appropriate.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years’ experience including:
- Willingness to learn and support legacy tools and software applications.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Extensive experience working within the Intelligence Community.
