Position requires a current Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph US government security clearance.

Job Description:

Responsible for support of program business and functional operations. Duties may include identifying and facilitating resolution of operational issues and acting as a liaison between technical and functional areas. May support the Program Manager in planning, monitoring the program activities. These types of jobs often perform a subset of project management tasks and often do not typically have profit and loss (P&L) responsibility. Typically reports to the Program Manager. Responsible for supporting the program manager in executing, monitoring one or more aspects of the program, e.g. Program support functions - Program Operations Manager, PMO Lead, Resource Manager, Risk Manager, etc.

What You’ll Get To Do/More About the Role:You will be responsible for helping to manage day-to-day A&A activities and for managing customer requirements and project schedules while working closely with Sponsor’s managers and security SMEs to coordinate the planning, scheduling, and testing of projects in the A&A process and advanced assessments.

You will be responsible for supporting activities that enable the team to target, assess, exploit and report the risks and vulnerabilities of organization systems and analyze workflows, interactive forms, manuals, information sheets, A&A test results, and conduct quality control reviews and communicate test results.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Possess intimate knowledge of and extensive experience as a critical incumbent executing critical missions as it relates to the customer.

  • Employ strong technical and organizational skills to coordinate requirements and deliverables with the Sponsor

  • Document best practices and lessons learned; schedule and prioritize tasks

  • Gather inputs and prepare documentation or briefings for/from technical exchange meetings

  • Demonstrate continuous management and regular interaction with hundreds of deployed employees and their associated Government management

  • Prior experience to include writing analysis on relatively short notice, responding to data calls, and maintaining the oversight of all team projects,

  • Experience maintaining ongoing vulnerability awareness of IT system integrity
