CACI seeks a talented Employee Communications Manager to join our National Security and Innovative Solutions (NSIS) Sector. What You’ll Get to Do:
Support a measurable and impactful employee engagement and retention plan that inspires our key audiences. We are looking for someone with a passion for storytelling, aligned with business strategy and industry acumen, to help us share how we make meaningful impact.
Experience leading and executing employee communications plans and campaigns to align with CACI business and growth objectives and corporate culture; to inform, connect, and inspire employees; and to positively impact engagement, retention, and talent acquisition.
Mastery of communication vehicles including emails to employee audiences; communication campaigns; employee intranet and other internal online resources; live and virtual events including meetings, conferences, webcasts, and celebrations; internal videos; and leadership speeches/remarks.
Create internal story-telling projects to support internal website and leader messages.
Strong Manager skillset to engage and motivate and set expectations for quality control, accuracy, accountability, focus, work excellence.
Work closely with business leaders to plan, develop, and implement innovative strategies and programs to help them achieve their mission.
More About the Role:
Develops and promotes vision and values campaigns, initiatives and programs that enhance business productivity and support retention goals.
Manages internal communications channels, executes sector leadership engagements and internal events, and generates content in partnership with sector strategies.
Develops content and knowledge to sector teams, leverages sector content and programs for enterprise collaboration, manages internal web portal. Provides support for SLT functional leaders employee engagement. Leads and executes internal events and summits, leads, and manages employee recognition programs and awards.
Set direction and create content for email to employees and employee groups. Subject, content, tone, cadence, consistency, message mapping.
Lead the employee intranet built on SharePoint platform. Continual strategic direction for approach, design, and online content to connect, engage, inspire, and inform employees.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Prior employee communications experience in the government contracting community in enterprises of 15,000 employees or more, with a minimum of five (5) years over all communications experience.
Very strong writing and editing skills.
Ability to manage and deliver through high-paced environment, independent operator.
Exceptional verbal and non-verbal skills – writing, speaking, listening, creativity.
Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work at all levels of management and throughout the employee population.
Outstanding organizational skills to manage competing priorities and firm deadlines.
Prior experience in managing successful teams and enterprise programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant discipline.
5 years of experience generating written material for internal and external audiences.
Experience working with highly technical programs and translating them into interesting stories.
Knowledge of the Defense Industrial Base and technology trends.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Active Secret clearance.
Experience with content for websites.
Experience creating digital content (videos, animations, etc) for marketing purposes.
