Join CACI to work with a team of talented individuals to learn business operations while assisting in day to day operations and support of the NSIS Sector Finance group.
More About the Role:
Tracks Sector-wide compliance reporting for employee and New Hire compliance training, and Workday updates.
Sector timekeeping lead; ensures timecards are updated, submitted and approved in a timely manner. Does monthly audits and reports on Temporary and Outside CoC timecards to ensure they are signed and approved.
Manages Sector I-9 tracking and compliance efforts.
Sector Lead on Corporate initiatives such as Onboarding, Offboarding, I-9 verification.
Place orders for computer equipment and wireless devices.
Sector lead for Bank of America corporate card compliance
Sector lead for timecard compliance reporting and analysis
Sector lead for maintenance of the Herndon facility and ensuring all parts of the facility are supporting the sector’s goals.
Maintains a P-Card for miscellaneous Sector purchases. Makes purchases for various items needed within the Sector.
Sector Onboarding Specialist Lead. Attends Lead OS meetings. Tracks problems with the system, reports issues using Corporate Tracking system. Assists OSs with Onboarding and acts as primary backup for other OS’s when out on leave.
Sector Offboarding Specialist Lead. Tracks problems with the system. Backup for other OS’s when out on leave.
Works with Sector HR lead as needed for Executive and Involuntary separations.
Sector POC for the DC-area related employee morale and special events.
Sector POC for Travel questions and problems. Attends quarterly Travel Business meetings.
Travel coordinator responsible for reviewing and approving travel authorizations, travel arrangements and expense reports while acting as back up for all other travel.
Trains new OS’s and Admins within the group, and in other areas of CACI when asked.
Proficient in prioritizing multiple projects with minimal direction.
Provide administrative support to sector leadership team (Finance, Operations, BD, Contracts, HR, Communications, IT, etc.)
Orders food for catered events. Setup and breakdown meetings as required.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous experience in office management preferred but not required
Ability and desire to learn new things
