CACI International PRISM Support / Trainer in Herndon, Virginia

Job Description


Acquisitions professional with a working knowledge of Compusearch’s PRISM acquisitions and financial assistance purchasing software. The primary workload for this positions comes from Tier 2 Help Desk Tickets/issues primarily focused on PRISM and the PRISM financial interface (with some SAP). PRISM training is given about every 2 months. Remedy is the system used to manage ticket queue. Explain technical issues to non-technical people. Work directly with client to provide input on system updates and how they will affect the user community.


Provide production support for incidents and system changes related to acquisitions and financial assistance. Support PRISM acquisitions users during the document creation process by troubleshooting PRISM financial interface errors and PRISM validation errors. Deliver in person PRISM acquisitions training to end users with classes up to 15 people. Create Quick Reference Guides (QRG) and edit training materials for PRISM class. Help client understand how new updates will affect their business process in the system. Work in Remedy help desk software to manage ticket queue. Provide support for users through the purchase request and approval process in SAP. If unable to resolve an issue escalate the issue to the appropriate team. Requires strong communication and good customer service skills


Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience

1+ years’ experience in Compusearch's PRISM products.

General knowledge of federal government contracting.

Desired Skills:

ERP and CompuSearch PRISM integration would be ideal.

Supporting PRISM financial assistance users during the document creation process.

PRISM configuration.

PRISM Financial Assistance document creation and financial assistance outside systems integration knowledge.

Prior experience delivering systems training

Knowledge/familiarity of PRISM 7.3

Public Sector experience preferred.
