What You’ll Get to Do:

General Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate continuous management and regular interaction with hundreds of deployed employees and their associated Government management

  • Create, maintain and foster strong working relationships with Government customers, COs and COTRs leading to increased opportunity for CACI business growth

  • Influence and collaborate with other elements of the CACI organization to achieve strategic objectives, increased customer value, and opportunity awareness

  • Candidate must perform systematic tracking of deployed personnel in an LOE driven contract environment.

  • Candidate must review, correct and contribute to contract deliverables IAW contract requirements in order to maintain reporting compliance and communications.

  • Working collaboratively across multiple program areas and recruiters to maximize organizational staffing recruiting productivity

  • Candidate must have superior written and oral communications skills and must be able to effectively interface with SMEs and management of all levels.

  • Candidate must be customer service oriented and maintain a professional demeanor coupled with strong interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, and in writing.

  • Candidate must have the ability to research and organize complex work steps in a concise and discernible manner.

  • Candidate must also be able to manage multiple assignments, while ensuring technical accuracy, adherence to documentation standards, and a timely delivery of all work products.

  • Strong typing proficiency to include alphanumeric data entry and transcribing text in an expedient manner.

  • Knowledge of document and repository management practices, SharePoint proficiency is highly preferred.

  • Exceptional attention to detail in a fast paced environment.

  • Ability to interface with various groups as well as work independently.

  • Understanding of typical IT labor categories, technical roles and responsibilities, and required skills/certifications.

  • Ability to work in a self-directed manner but able to maintain flexibility and positivity with rapidly changing and often time-sensitive tasking requirements.

  • Ability to proactively identify and suggest recommendations to address potential issues before they evolve into problems

  • Additional duties as assigned

Program Administration

  • Interact with customer and partner management on a daily basis, communicating the status of candidates and requisitions throughout the project lifecycle

  • Maintain a wide variety of metrics and tracking documents, ensuring deadlines are met and Program Management understands program progress and forecasts

  • Coordinate Travel Requests, Training approval, TEM scheduling, EWW acquisition and approval

  • Assist in maintaining the program calendar and the schedule of the Program Manager

  • Track and submit account and badge renewals

  • Additional duties as assigned

Staffing Coordination

  • Work closely with the staffing team and teammate recruiting staff to quickly process and submit candidates for client review and approval in a highly dynamic, mission-paced environment

  • Develop and continuously enhance workflow processes to improve submittal package quality, optimize process efficiency and maximize candidate throughput

  • Actively participate in on-boarding and orientation of new project team members (coordinating start dates, crossovers, security briefings, etc.)

  • Work collaboratively across multiple programs and recruiters to maximize organizational staffing productivity

  • Manage Account requests for system and distribution group access to proprietary systems and sites

  • Additional duties as assigned

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (active / in-scope)

  • BA/BS degree and 5+ years of relative experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Superior written and oral communications skills

  • Working knowledge of typical IT labor categories, technical roles and responsibilities, and required skills/certifications

  • Strong typing proficiency to include alphanumeric data entry and transcribing text in an expedient manner

  • Knowledge of document and repository management practices; SharePoint proficiency is highly preferred

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the staffing of cleared candidates possessing TS/SCI with Polygraph(s)

  • Prior experience with classified communications systems in the intelligence community

  • Expert experience in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook; including ability to create templates, formulas and charts/graphs
