What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI is searching for a motivated and entrepreneurial individual to serve as the Quality Assurance Engineer for a NSA Type 1 Certified communications program which includes the product development, fielding and sustainment of associated technologies. The QAE is responsible for:
Configuring test beds and conduct testing.
Recording and analyzing test results and provide recommendations for product/systems improvements.
Supporting the integration of INFOSEC solutions and technologies into networks with attention to protocols.
Assisting in developing security accreditation/certification.
More About the Role:
Performs quality assurance on Software/Hardware Requirement Specification (SHRS) Development and subsequent testing.
Oversees quality of Non-Certified Engineering Development Models (EDM) and Manufacture Certified Pre-Production Units (PPU).
Evaluates the development, systems, integration, and operational testing of various hardware products and software capabilities.
Participates in TEMPTEST Testing including the conducting of Security Verification Testing (SVT)
Supports Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Certification and NSA Certification.
Coordinates with supply chain in the performance of supply chain risk management product and software assurance.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems or Business OR an additional 3 years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for a different Bachelor Degree
3 years work experience as a quality assurance engineer, quality control specialist, or other relevant work categories is required.
Experience to analyze and resolve INFOSEC technical issues is required.
Knowledge of Government security policies and familiarity with NSA requirements is required.
QAE experience on Full Product Lifecycle management is highly desired.
Understanding current, emerging, and future technologies related to Guard, Firewall, Secure Network Server is highly desired.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience in heterogeneous computer technology and work in protocol and/or interface standards specification is preferred.
QAE experience on an Army contract is desired.
QAE control experience on a tactical communication program is desired.
QAE experience on an embedded hardware/software development program is desired.
