CACI is seeking a Senior Engineer - Digital Transformation in our Engineer Support and Solutions group. This role will define the concepts, strategy, steps, processes and investments required to transform company engineering processes to a digital/model-based engineering enterprise. The location is Northern Virginia but will consider candidates in the Continental US.
What You’ll Get to Do:
You will define an integrated methodology suite that aligns with Industry and US Government standards for Systems engineering, Agile development processes, Open Systems Architectures and Digital Trinity concepts.
You will proactively define strategies for successfully developing blue proposal responses with regard to digital engineering practices.
You will work across CACI businesses to ensure alignment with existing CACI business practices.
You will support proposal responses to communicate the CACIU digital engineering brand.
You will define engineering tools and solutions to accomplish the digital engineering transformation.
You will assist programs in establishing a digital engineering environment and implementing digital engineering methods to ensure minimal risk program execution
More About the Role:
In this role collaboration across business boundaries to understand existing CACI capabilities is essential while selecting best in breed and molding of enterprise solutions. When driving the transformation process you will identify required company investments, and recommend workforce training program(s).
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Ability to obtain a DOD Clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related major.
Ten or more years’ experience leading teams, communicating up chain, and driving stakeholder agreement.
Must have demonstrated experience and knowledge of the Digital Engineering practice, associated Industry and Government standards.
Knowledge of Systems Engineering, Agile Development, and Open Systems Architecture concepts
Demonstrated experience driving an organizational transition to a digital engineering environment.
Awareness of a breadth of current technologies and capabilities employed in Industry and the Federal Government to accelerate transition to the digital engineering enterprise.
Must have experience working front-end solutioning with clients to include assessing needs from requirements (SOW, SOO, PWS, other Draft material), good communication and relationship skills, determining pain points and key client needs, etc.
Awareness or mastery in various Software Development methodologies spanning Agile to Waterfall, DevSecOps etc.
Demonstrated experience aligning with customer engineering environments and establishing collaborative engineer environment solutions.
Knowledge of IEC 15288, 12207 standards and Agile development processes
Leadership skills to operate, manage, guide, and influence cross functional and P&L teams on proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience interacting/ presenting to executive/ senior management.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Active DOD Secret. Active DoD Top Secret preferred.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $104,200-$229,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
