CACI International ServiceNow Developer (TS/SCI with Poly) in Herndon, Virginia
CACI is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team of professionals in Herndon, VA.
What You’ll Get to Do:
You will be directly contributing to the implementation and development initiatives for the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities may include that of a release manager/developer, delivering supplemental support to the existing ServiceNow Development and deployment teams. Our team works in support of its business processes and operations in their effort to (a) transition to a new ticketing system, (b) transition existing SharePoint applications to the new platform, and (c) support the Enterprise deployment of the platform. The Sponsor seeks to have a comprehensive core team to assist in this effort.
More About the Role:
As part of our collaborative team, you will provide support to implement the ServiceNow platform:
Elicit user requirements from the service providers and organizations and implement those requirements in the ServiceNow platform.
Coordinate ServiceNow deployments and releases with the user base and internal organizations.
Deploy new features and ServiceNow applications in a controlled environment.
Upgrade ServiceNow applications (COTS and GOTS) to the latest release as available.
Upgrade the ServiceNow platform to the latest version as available.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with Polygraph (active / in-scope)
Education / Level
- Bachelors Degree and Seven (7) years of relative experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience / Skills
Five (5) or more years experience with ServiceNow
One (1) year with Madrid version of ServiceNow baseline.
IT Project Management using Lean Agile techniques and practices
Working knowledge of agile planning, execution and delivery
ServiceNow applications development
Code-based customizations of ServiceNow
Demonstrated experience in release, sprint, user story application, and module testing for: ServiceNow platform, IT Service Management (ITSM), ITBM, and IT Operations Management (ITOM) application suite.
- ITIL v3 Foundations Certification (*potential to consider as post-hire requirement; contingency for continued employment)
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor’s custom applications and processes
Demonstrate experience with Sponsor’s system security accreditation process
Demonstrated experience in software release methodology and lifecycle.
Demonstrated experience deploying ServiceNow infrastructure (Madrid version or later versions) in a cloud computing environment (i.e., AWS Load Balancing, Self-Managed encryption keys, Auto-Scaling, and Load Configuration services.
Demonstrated experience integrating ServiceNow infrastructure with auditing systems
Current possession (or commitment to obtain) Sponsor’s System Administration Certification (System Administration Security Course)
ServiceNow Systems Administrator Certification
