CACI is seeking fully cleared, dynamic technical professionals to join our TETRA program in the Northern, Virginia area. TETRA is an Enterprise IT Program that supports and protects the IC mission. The program is a portfolio of hundreds of projects funded by numerous customers providing Engineering and Sustainment services for a Global Information Technology Enterprise. What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI’s Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking a highly skilled systems administrator with experience as a Lotus (IBM) Domino Administrator.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Cradle to grave administration of Microsoft Windows Server operating system, IBM Notes, and IBM Domino systems software, and the successful integration within and across the enterprise environment

  • Management of software life cycles

  • Providing technical support to applications and utility developers on requirements for integration into the operating environment

  • Serving as technical referent on Engineering Review Boards considering all additions to, or changes to, the operating environment

  • Participating in various design reviews

  • Serving as escalation point for Tier 1 providing guidance and technical assistance, as needed

  • Troubleshooting problems that may involve applications and the network

  • Coordinating between multiple client branches, functions, and enterprise services

  • Collaboration with systems developers to elicit requirements and engage in joint project planning

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Considerable knowledge of operating systems, organizations operating environment, network requirements, and ability to anticipate impact on respective operating systems, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and various utility applications

  • Considerable knowledge of the organizational standards for operating configurations, security constraints, and procedures for managing organization software

  • Experience with application deployment support on COTS, including custom applications, cloud-based, physical-based, and/or open source services

  • Experience with Windows Server

  • Experience with networking essentials

  • Ability to operate as a full performance Linux Systems Administrator

  • Past experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) interfacing with all GCS components

  • Must possess ingenuity and tenacity to resolve complex problems through personal knowledge or research into the latest technological developments to identify impact on organization operating systems and anticipate changes

Education & Experience Required:

Candidate must have one of the following:

  • Candidate must have one of the following:

  • 10 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma

  • 8 Years of job related experience and Associate degree

  • 4-7 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree

  • 3 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree

  • 2 Years of job related experience and Doctorate

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar cloud-based systems

  • Experience in Agile environments

  • Experience in basic Linux administration

  • Knowledge of database systems

  • Working knowledge of project management techniques to plan and execute projects

Desired Certifications:

  • AWS related certifications

  • ITIL Foundation

  • IBM Lotus Certified Admin (Notes Domino 8 or 9)

  • IBM Lotus Certified Developer

Work Hours:

  • Core hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
