What You’ll Get to Do:

The Systems Administrator assists in the operations and Maintenance (O&M) support of approximately 7000 servers across 4 unique networks. These servers utilize Microsoft Server 2003/2008/2012/2016.

Required Skills:

Primary Duties are supporting the Domino/Notes Environments:

  • Perform restoration of user data via backups at the customer’s request or due to a catastrophic failure.

  • Create and verify backups of data.

  • Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues with IT infrastructure.

  • Resolve Incidents created by monitoring tools.

  • Provide daily shift reports documenting events.

  • Function as Tier-3 technician when help desk and/or Tier-2 cannot resolve the issue has and it requires escalation.

  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter.

  • Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.

  • Respond to and resolve Help Desk requests.

  • Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and issue resolution.

  • Audit application logs, and address issues that are discovered.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Job related experience/proficient in some of the following:

  • Domino and Lotus Notes

  • MS Active Directory

  • MS Server 2008/2012/2016

  • Office applications

  • MS Exchange

  • Distributed File System and Storage Attached Network (SAN)

  • CITRIX Presentation Server and the ZEN Virtual Application Suite

  • Remedy SRS user

  • Tivoli Storage Manager

  • MS IIS

  • General Knowledge of VM

  • MS C Scripting Security Requirements: AISC Training and ICSA System Administration Training


  • Recommend: Microsoft Windows Server Administration

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 10 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma

  • 8 Years of job related experience and Associate degree

  • 4-7 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree

  • 3 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree

  • 2 Years of job related experience and Doctorate
