We are a team of Engineers looking for a Mid-level Windows Engineer who has solid troubleshooting skills and is familiar with Enterprise engineering. If you enjoy small teams and can work independently, and possess an aptitude for getting things done, this may be the job for you.
What You’ll Get to Do:
You will provide users with assistance solving computer-related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems. You will test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems, and provide Tier III & IV technical support in a complex mission critical windows-based environment.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Hands on experience with Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2
Hands on experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10
Experience with VMWare ESX 3.5 or above
Hands on experience with SCCM 1706 or above
Working knowledge of Active Directory 2008 and 2012
Solid troubleshooting skills
Ability to self-learn, act on own initiative and work in a dynamic environment
Strong verbal communication and documentation skills
Strong customer service skills
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Hands on experience with Windows Server 2016
Working knowledge of Active Directory 2016
MCSE/MCITP Certifications are a plus
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
Scripting experience with PowerShell, VB, & C#
Candidate must have one of the following:
10 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma
8 Years of job related experience and Associate degree
4-7 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree
3 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree
2 Years of job related experience and Doctorate
