To be successful in this role, you will need to move fast and enjoy a challenge! CACI’s Recruiting team is leading the way with innovative recruiting strategies that drive hiring efforts for large recruiting surges across various skill types and levels, with a heavy emphasis on OCONUS Intelligence programs. As a trusted Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will use your strong collaboration and communication skills to ensure recruiting process and activities, align with the organization’s staffing needs. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform Full Lifecycle recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination/scheduling, offer negotiation and closing of candidates

  • Coordinate with Deployed Operations team, to ensure a smooth transition for incoming candidates

  • Identify qualified candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques, to include, provided job boards; search engines; social media sites, direct candidate contact with targeted candidates

  • Continually evaluate and suggest, new sourcing methodologies and tools that help to identify, cultivate, and grow target candidate pools of top talent

  • Apply your Intel knowledge when meeting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting process, that showcases your ability to promote effective and efficient hiring practices

  • Track and record recruiting activities in accordance with CACI business processes and DoL/OFFCP regulations; prepare reports to business leaders as required/requested

  • Utilizing CACI's Mobility Board as a resource for funded positions to help with company attrition

  • Established online presence for the purposes of attracting talent for future and pipeline opportunities

  • Willingness to travel as needed to career fairs etc.

  • Provide weekly reports as asked that aligns to the programs in your support

  • Willingness to provide support as asked on other programs

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of related recruiting experience in Intel space may be substituted for Bachelor’s degree

  • Relevant experience using industry ATS, to include, Workday, TALEO, Brass Ring, ICIMIS, ADP and others

  • Ability to speak to your working knowledge of deployed programs and their associated MOSs

  • Understanding of the DoD clearance process within the Intelligence community, strongly desired
