CACI International Intelligence Analyst / Simulation Operator in Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii

Job Description

CACI is seeking an Intelligence Analyst / Simulation Operator in Hickam AFB, Hawaii.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Under minimal supervision, acts as primary model operator and scenario developer for the Air, Space, and Cyberspace Constructive Environment – Information Operations Suite (ACE-IOS) supporting Air Operations Center (AOC) training and exercises

  • Supports program office computer programmers providing other technical services such as computer software system design/development, installation, and integration planning, testing, and security administration

  • Assists in the development of scenarios and other ACE-IOS simulation data requirements needed during the execution of exercises and training events

  • Assists in the development of scenarios and other AWSIM simulation data requirements needed during the execution of exercises and training events

  • Designs, builds, and populates simulation databases based on customer exercise requirements

  • Performs technical development and consultant activities, coordinating between software engineers and military personnel to develop and deliver highly complex military scenario simulations

  • Provides computer system support for design, development, installation, integration, planning, and testing of new hardware and software

  • Develops and maintains multiple information and exercise databases, using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access, Linux, SQL, and PERL script writing

  • Exercise Support; travels worldwide to various exercise locations for 2 to 4-week periods

  • Performs technical liaison activities, coordinating with military and government personnel to provide solutions to exercise issues

  • Operates the ACE-IOS and AWSIM suite of models

  • Provides intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI)

  • Researches unclassified and classified databases for use in written products and simulation scenario development

  • May serve as a client liaison and coordinates with sub-contractors, government personnel, and technical experts

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • A technical degree and two to four years of related experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

  • Must possess and maintain active/current TS/SCI clearance

  • Directly relevant Intelligence or military application simulation background

  • Background in the development of scenarios and other AWSIM simulation data requirements needed during the execution of exercises and training events

  • Background in providing other technical services such as computer software system design/development, installation, and integration planning, testing, and security administration
