CACI is seeking a Program Manager to support Department of Justice (DOJ), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) IT programs and operations. Serves as the lead executive establishing goals and plans that meet the objectives of the contract, cost, schedule, and performance of the program. Serves as the lead executive establishing goals and plans that meet DOJ program objectives. Utilizing DEA domain and expert technical knowledge, the PM provides technical/management/business development leadership for DEA Programs. The PM has overall responsibility for all financial, technical, administrative, contractual, and personnel aspects of the program. The PM interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with the customer’s executives. The PM manages, directs, and allocates resources to support the program; supported by his/her corporate executives to make sure that the program provides on-time delivery of top-quality services.

Responsibility for all aspects of the Program.
Serves as main point of contact for the DEA client leadership.
Understanding of Information Telecommunications systems in the DOJ primarily centered around DEA wireless video surveillance systems.
Organizes, directs, and manages deployment of DEA client services and all support functions (e.g. service desk request, network monitoring, enrolling new edge radios to the service, troubleshooting issues and training, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks).
Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple CONUS locations simultaneously.
Ensures adherence to DOJ processes, procedures, standards, and policies required by the Government for this Program.
Represents the Program on steering committee meetings and Government leadership presentations.
Conducts program health checks, participates in internal CACI Program Management Reviews.
Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and delegates responsibilities to subordinates and oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
Ensures that all Program deliverables are met and ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.
Identifies, assesses and resolves complex business problems/issue/risks and facilitates issue resolution and risk mitigation.
Provides decision-making and domain knowledge that have a critical impact on overall Program performance.
Lead project teams consisting of Engineers, Technicians and Sub-Contractor support in the operations and maintenance of DEA telecommunication systems.
Implement process improvements to increase work efficiency, product quality and overall customer satisfaction.
Travel to other Locations or Customer Sites as necessary
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience managing DOJ/DEA telecommunications network operations, projects, or scope of similar complexity.
5+ years of Information Technology (IT) experience; managing complex IT infrastructure programs in the $50M to $75M annual size.
Minimum 5 years of personnel management with a demonstrated ability to manage virtual employees.
Experience working with DOJ/DEA contracts and customers
Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft applications and other Project Manager software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
Security Clearance: Active clearance preferred, or ability to obtain clearance
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
ITIL Foundation Certification
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional PMP Certification
Advance degree preferred (ex. MBA or Masters)
Industry Voice, UC, Wireless, or Data Networking certification(s)
Experience managing projects with large network infrastructure modernization, or large Operations & Maintenance contracts
Experience with bidding and delivering against Government IDIQ contracts
The ability to provide business development, capture management and proposal development within the DOJ.
The ability to lead a proposal support team for the capture of new business opportunities.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $84,800-$182,300. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
