CACI is seeking a recent graduate in Electrical Engineering / Junior level professional to support software/electrical engineering on aircraft Automated Test Equipment at Hill Air Force Base by Salt Lake City, UT. The position will require the selected candidate to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance (Requires US Citizenship). Relocation assistance may be provided.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Work as a part of an integrated product team to develop and deliver software as a part of a system solution for aircraft Automated Test Equipment
Participate in System software and Test Program Set (TPS) development efforts consisting of multimember development teams
Participate in TPS hardware design activities required to interface the unit under test to the ATE
Integrate and troubleshoot TPS software and hardware
Develop TPS requirements, design and test documents
Participate in document and code peer reviews to ensure conformance, correctness, and quality of all delivered products
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance.
BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or similar technical field with 0-5 years of experience
Formal training and practical experience in software development using ANSI-C, C++, or equivalent
Experience using and programming various T&M instrumentation
Ability to analyze test requirements documents and legacy software for providing estimating level of effort to complete
Experience using DMM, Scope, Relays, Matrix, DAQ, DC modules, etc.
Experience using National Instruments (NI) products such as PXI instrumentation is desired
These Qualifications and Knowledge are Nice to Have:
Use of CAD tools such as AutoCAD or SOLIDWORKS
Use of PCB layout tools like Altium.
Development of ATE and TPS for aircraft electrical, mechanical, and avionics equipment
Familiarity with NI TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, or LabVIEW
Knowledge and use of ISO 9001, AS9100 or CMMI quality process standards
Familiarity with applicable standards (MIL-PRF 28800 and MIL-PRF 32070)
LabWindows/CVI, ANSI-C, TPS, ATE, ATS, test executive, calibration software, self-test software, DoD, USAF, TestStand, 28800, 32070
