CACI is seeking a Business Office Team Lead with agile methodology experience to support a large, complex US Government Agency program. This individual will be charged with establishing Business Operations Systems and developing long-term, strategic objectives that guarantee the continued satisfaction of customer requirements in future years of the contract.
The selected candidate will:
Support the PM in the day-to-day management of the program
Lead and direct technical and administrative project team
Lead program operations, support program staffing efforts and onboarding/offboarding activities, as well as close out all Business Operations activities
Oversee staffing management to ensure the staffing plan is up to date and that vacancies are filled as quickly as possible
Address ad hoc customer inquiries and data requests
Maintain strict funding tracking and communication with client
Lead proposal and pricing initiatives
Administer security/access requirements
Manage changes to scope, cost and schedule of project work
Prepare and update project plans and status reports for both client and CACI corporate leadership
Interface frequently with functional areas such as contracts, subcontracts, project control, and security
Ensure program deliverable and schedules are implemented in a timely manner
Provide supervision, training, and direction to staff; and serve as a point of contact for client issues or concerns
Perform research and data collection in support of associated strategic tasks
Supervise, motivate, develop, and direct a team of managers and support staff in successful execution of their assigned task areas
You’ll bring these qualifications:
College degree (B.S.) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline (experience considered in lieu of degree)
10+ years’ experience managing cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated competency handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong technical writing, documentation, presentation, and organizational skills
Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Experience managing operations in an Agile environment
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $84,800-$182,300. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
