CACI’s Business Systems Operating Group is searching for an experienced Content Management lead for a Federal Government customer. This candidate will manage a team of developers and content managers, while designing and building products using various content management technologies (including Microsoft’s SharePoint, O365, Wordpress, Cold Fusion etc) to give best-in-class collaboration experiences to end users. This candidate will partner across the Knowledge Management team, the Platform team, and End users as needed, working hand in hand with the senior leadership across centers.
What You’ll Get to Do:
The selected candidate will:
Lead the knowledge/content solutions development function encompassing all collaborative Content Management Solution products
Lead user design efforts with a strong focus on the user experience and user interface
Lead the development team in building and customizing integrated solution, while maintaining a ‘buy first’ ideology
Lead governance efforts for all owned collaborative solutions, to ensure content is well-maintained, well-documented, and stays relevant from cradle-to-grave
Work with the PMO leadership to create and maintain: An integrated project portfolio roadmap, focusing and identifying timelines, risk, and budget, Collaboration products marketing plans including implementation communication plans, increasing awareness of new and existing knowledge products, and other periodic communication methods
Create presentations and communications to firm leadership on the status and state of Content Management Solutions
Liaise with end users as necessary in course of duties
Lead team initiatives for project and process improvement
Lead by example, establish clear expectations, set direction and priorities, ensure that work levels are balanced among all staff, resolve internal staff issues in a timely manner, keep staff informed of all appropriate information, build effective team, delegate at appropriate level
Facilitate the development of staff by providing opportunities and support; provide timely feedback on work product; regularly coach, evaluate, and recognize staff performance and accomplishments
Establish/adhere to Department budget
Seek opportunities to improve Department efficiency and reduce expenses by streamlining operations
Develop SharePoint designs, develop and implement capabilities per those designs
Develop strategies and plans to modernize SharePoint delivery
You’ll bring these qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
10+ years’ experience leading solution delivery for US Government customers
Experience implementing large SharePoint solutions for Federal government customers
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Prior project management experience on enterprise programs
Prior experience performing the required qualifications on Agile programs
5+ years’ experience as a Content Management Architect utilizing various tools including MS Sharepoint/MS Sharepoint Online/O365, Adobe Coldfusion, Wordpress, and others
