CACI’s Business Systems Operating Group is searching for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a major US Government client. The OCM Lead, will be responsible for collaborating on the creation and execution of global IT change management and training/learning strategies that will maximize employee adoption of new systems and processes, minimize disruption to the business, and maintain productivity. The OCM Lead will also partner with key stakeholders and business users to drive faster adoption of change using the structured change management approach and methodology. The candidate will lead the development of training products using a systematic approach, adult learning theories, learning technologies, and industry best practices for instructional design that supports customer and project objectives.

What You’ll Get to Do:

The selected candidate will:

  • Collaborate with customers and subject matter experts to ensure the development of training strategies and solutions

  • Conduct analyses to identify and validate training requirements and develop and recommend alternative training strategies for consideration of decision-makers

  • Manage the development and execution of a multi-year, global change initiative in support of the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA environment

  • Develop testing instruments to pretest learners’ previous learning levels; measure cognitive, psychomotor, and performance accomplishments during formative and summative evaluations; test achievement at the end of a course of instruction

  • Deliverables – Change Management: Develop and execute a change management strategy and plan. Create a global change agent network. Conduct stakeholder analyses, assess change readiness, conduct change impact assessments, and apply methods for addressing resistance to change

  • Deliverables – Communication: Develop and execute a global communication strategy and plan. Write, distribute, and reinforce project communications and develop and monitor appropriate feedback mechanisms pre-and post-go-live

  • Deliverables – Training: Develop and execute a global training and learning plan. Conduct training needs analyses, develop course curriculums, implement a train the trainer program, provide for the development of training materials, course registration, attendance tracking, and oversee the execution of end user training on S/4 HANA and new business processes

  • Plan meetings, lead discussions, and resolve conflicts

You’ll bring these qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

  • 10+ years leading solution delivery for US Government customers

  • Familiarity and experience with OCM standards and practices (PROSCI, CCMP, etc.)

  • Prior experience designing and implementing training curricula and courses to support enterprise IT solutions

  • Prior Organizational Change Management experience leading the transformation of customer organizations through IT consolidation

  • Understanding of the US Government marketspace, with an emphasis on solution development consolidation

  • Ability to drive contract performance and growth while ensuring customer satisfaction

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Prior project management experience on enterprise programs;

  • Prior experience delivery training capabilities on Agile delivery programs

  • Nationally recognized OCM or Training certification.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $84,800-$182,300. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
