CACI SAP practice is seeking SAP ERP Applications development and sustainment lead for one the large federal program implementation. This individual will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with both SAP practitioners and CACI leadership to identify, build and execute new strategies, and ensure that SAP Managed Services methodologies meet industry standards.
What You’ll Get to Do:
The selected candidate will:
Plan and execute transition of customers into the managed SAP ERP service offering
Drive end-to-end customer engagement by delivering insights across flexible economic models that align cost to consumption, delivery to realized outcomes and engagement accountability to a truly collaborative partnership
Lead delivery teams to ensure quality delivery of services, enhance customer satisfaction, define, and advance performance metrics (KPIs), escalation management, provide feedback to team & drive continuous improvement opportunities
Set up and lead effective governance and program management office processes to manage the solution, decision making, deliverables, stage gates, schedule, resources, and costs
Monitor and manage team goals and performance, ensuring team understands how they align and relate to broader business goals and strategies
Deep-dive existing and potential problem areas, develop and communicate corrective action and mitigation plans, and drive follow-through to successful resolution. Be hands-on when needed to help their team solve problems and get through crunch periods.
You’ll bring these qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP Application Maintenance (AMS) /Service Operations Program delivery, execution, and management
Minimum 5 years’ experience in one of SAP modules like SAP Finance, OTC or Supply Chain in a complex ERP environment
Minimum of 4 years’ experience leading customer facing SAP delivery teams to achieve SLA, KPI’s in a managed service Model
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Experience with Automation, Machine Learning, or Intelligent enterprise operations; Multiple Agile DevOps engagements
Familiarity with futuristic SAP solutions and roadmaps (S4 HANA)

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $79,000-$161,900. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
