CACI is seeking an expert with notable expertise in customer-focused strategies and processes to lead the transition of solution delivery from multiple centers to enterprise level for a large, complex US Government Agency. Will be responsible for developing the transition plan and reporting status throughout execution. Works closely with program and customer senior leadership to ensure successful transition and to identify risk and develop/execute mitigation strategies and plans. Will ultimately harness functional area expertise to spearhead organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to streamline processes while maximizing solution efficacy.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Develop the overall transition plan, including detailed transition schedule including systems and resources
Identify transition related risk and develop/monitor risk mitigation strategies
Brief senior program and client stakeholders to report project status, communicate status of risks and advise on potential schedule impacts
Establish user experience plans and strategies, to include target audience and stakeholder engagement
Conduct focus groups, surveys, interviews to establish baselines and measure improvement
Coordinate user experience measurement results with program and customer leadership
You’ll bring these qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
10+ years leading solution delivery for US Government customers.
Prior experience planning and managing transition of solutions from decentralized centers to a centralized enterprise delivery approach
Understanding of the US Government marketspace, with an emphasis on solution development consolidation
Prior risk management experience
Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain higher level clearance if needed
The ideal candidate will also have:
Prior project management experience on enterprise programs
Program Management Professional certification
Prior experience performing the required qualifications on Agile programs
Experience coordinating customer focus teams
Demonstrated UX experience
