CACI International Mid-Level Tactical Intelligence Analyst in International, Afghanistan
Provides intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI). FORHP
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide specialized intelligence and threat analysis and production support.
Accesses and performs research on designated automated intelligence databases for identifying information of interest to the customer, downloading the identified information to an appropriate medium, and editing the information into format(s) to be specified by the customer.
Provide intelligence and threat analysis of the information that is tailored to the customer's requirement(s.)
Develop documents, summaries, reports, presentations.
Present briefings to key personnel.
A major portion of this work involves reports writing, intelligence and law enforcement research for a DHS component.
Experience – Five years analytical experience at the tactical/operational level within DoD or
equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or
Special skills or qualifications:
Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
Requires submission of an unclassified analytical writing sample on Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Al Qaeda, the Taliban, the Haqqani Network, ISIS, or the HIG (250-word minimum) with resume
Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills
Be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA-A requirements
Briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate information
Experience in either CT, Afghanistan/SWA regional issues, HUMINT, CI or military analysis
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required. May spend a lot of time standing due to laboratory conditions.
