CACI International Program Control Analyst in International, Afghanistan
CACI is seeking a Program Control Analyst to support our program in various CONUS and OCONUS locations.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Responsible for the performance of Genesis technical support projects or tasks in accordance with contract requirements, and appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines.
Provides support resources for the performance of project management/administrative support and coordination to a complex contract or project task(s). This may include travel planning, project coordination and other administrative tasks.

Responsible for the performance of technical support projects or tasks in accordance with contract requirements and appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines.
Perform analyses and prepare reports supporting the program management function.
Provides administrative support and coordination to the Task Order or project task(s).
Assist in the development of but not limited to; project schedules, monthly updates, payroll/personnel processing, maintenance and reporting.
Maintain contract budgets, prepare contract-billing, estimate materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules.
Manages facility administration and purchases of equipment and supplies as related to Task Order requirements.
Optimize operating results in terms of cost, methods, and personnel and implements quality assurance program directives.
Assist in defining and implementation of program schedules for all employee activities, including travel, benefits etc.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields from an accredited university/college with four years of human resources or project support experience; or
Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields from an accredited university/college with six years of human resources or project support experience.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Demonstrate knowledge in contract fiscal and business management, including the management of Quick Reaction Capability efforts.
Experience in the development, collection, analysis and reporting of personnel and financial requirements.
Skilled briefer to assist in introducing new hires in program and Task Order requirements.
Skilled with Microsoft Office applications to maintain spreadsheets, create program documents or develop power point presentations.
Fluent in the English language (written/oral).
- US Citizen. Final Top Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background
Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704
