CACI International CI-Analyst AT/FP--Journeyman in International, Belgium
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing HUMINT and CI operational and planning support. Use Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), the Joint Training and Information Management System (JTIMS), SharePoint, and Google Earth while liaising with the IA and foreign partners to execute proficient theater CI and HUMINT operations. Support and de-conflict CI/HUMINT operations, plans, and capacity building requirements and activities. Exploit available information and screen incoming traffic for CI-related incidents in the USEUCOM AOR. Produce CI/HUMINT requirements for collection to develop Collection Emphases, Source Directed Requirements, and Time Sensitive Collection Requirements. This is an Emergency Mission Essential position.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
BA or BS degree
8 years of experience with all source analysis and counterintelligence experience
Ability to work shifts.
Must have regional expertise of the EUCOM Areas of responsibility and Areas of Interest.
Knowledge of Joint, DoD, and NATO regulations and publications regarding CT, AT, and FP information collection requirements and preparing intelligence requirements, operational planning documents and other intelligence products as required by the supported client. understand the US Intelligence Community and ODNI analytical tradecraft standards.
Knowledge of software programs and databases used in the DoD intelligence environment.
Knowledge of various message traffic systems, such as RMT, WISE, or TAC, HOT-R
Proficiency with Common Operation Picture tools such as Global Command and Control System, QUELFIRE, Google Earth and various other databases such as MIDB.
Knowledge of Defense Warning Network Procedures and requirements in order to help the JAC accomplish the USEUCOM-led national-level warning mission
