What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF CI/HUMINT Analyst you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF)mission areas. The USAREUR-AF TMISS Team will research, analyze, and produce near- and long-term all source assessments on terrorism / counterterrorism, and multi-discipline counter-intelligence issues in response to CG USAREUR-AF’s priority intelligence requirements and to enable U.S. and foreign partner counterintelligence operations.

As a CACI SOAS USAREUR-AF CI/HUMINT Analyst you will embed either at Mons Belgium; Vicenza Italy, Wiesbaden Germany or Camp Bondsteel Kosovo, and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.

More About the Role:

As a CACI SOAS USAREUR-AF CI/HUMINT Analyst you will embed at Camp Bondsteel (Camp Bondsteel, XK) and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.

Other duties of the CI/HUMINT Analyst will include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct Counterintelligence (CI)/Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis Cell activities.

  • Share information, update, and maintain files, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and calendars under the direction of RC-EX.

  • Analyze CI/HUMINT data relevant to counterterrorism, subversion, sabotage, espionage, paramilitary/insurgency, organized crime, and threats to force protection, personnel, and physical infrastructure security.

  • Operate threat analysis systems.

  • Produce reports, studies, and briefings and update the CI database.

  • Conduct independent research to identify, acquire, and validate sources of information on SIPR, classified NATO systems, JWICS, and NIPR, assessing the relevance and significance of developments within the RC-E AOR/AOI.

  • Analyze, review, and integrate intelligence data received from various sources, including CI/HUMINT teams, national-level HUMINT platforms, Locally Employed Personnel (LEP) screening cell, host nation CI elements, and CID for potential exploitation.

  • Use multiple intelligence disciplines to support HUMINT reporting.

  • Perform technical reviews of Tactical HUMINT Teams (THTs) and Counterintelligence (CI) team products.

  • Share information, update files, SOPs, and calendars, and ensure Requests for Information (RFIs), Source Directed Requirements (SDRs), and HUMINT Collection Requirements are forwarded to appropriate CI/HUMINT collection assets, guided by the KFOR RC-E/Regional Command East S2X/CHARCS OIC.

  • Ensure the HUMINT Collection focus is regularly updated and routed for authorization before publication.

  • Review collection products to verify adherence to the collection focus.

  • Provide quality control in daily reports and long-term CI/HUMINT projects.

  • Complete and maintain the required OSINT training to comply with U.S. law and Director of National Intelligence, DoD, and Army policies, guidelines, and restrictions, including those concerning intelligence oversight procedures.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • BS/BA and 10 Years experience supporting CI / HUMINT Mission Area

  • Current TS-SCI Clearance

  • Excellent Verbal and Written communications skills

  • Marine Air-Ground Task Force – CI/HUMINT (MAGTF-CI), or Source Operations Course (SOC), Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC), other AR 381-100 recognized HUMINT Category I/II certification courses

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Recent experience supporting Army Theater Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority (ATCICA)

  • Possess knowledge or have specialized military experience as a HUMINT Collectors/CI Agents (35M, 351M, 35L, 351L, MAGTAF-CI, CISOC, SOC, or DATC)

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
