We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of AFRICOM, EUCOM and CJTF-HOA’s mission objectives.

What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Requirements Manager / Business Process Analyst. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US AFRICOM located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany. This position is required to stay OCONUS.

More About the Role:

The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.

  • Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems and provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

  • Analyze customer requirements to create business, functional, and technical specifications

  • Provide consultation with customers and business owners in the use of existing services and automated systems.

  • Manages or develops course of action analysis and decision briefings, analysis of alternatives, business impact assessments, and risk analysis

  • Leads cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues for customers.

  • Expert level project management and analytic skills required to identify process improvement opportunities, recognize demand signals, document and report requirements, and analyze demand signal trends within the organization.

  • Expert level strategic management and directorate engagement to engage leaders of military, civilian, and partner nations.

  • Senior level trainer and team leader to analyze, recommend, and manage transformation using industry best practices, including ITIL, DESMF, and Business Relationship Management.

  • Knowledge of incident response processes (detection, triage, incident analysis, remediation and reporting).

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Team building attitude, continuous learning record, and process improvement mindset

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Currently hold a minimum adjudicated Secret Clearance and qualify for a TS/SCI clearance

  • BA/BS + 5 years recent specialized or AA/AS +7 years recent specialized or a major cert + 7 years recent specialized or 11 years of recent specialized experience

  • Project Management Professional or Lean Six Sigma Certification within 6 months of starting the position (if not already acquired)

  • Knowledge of DESMF and ITIL

  • Knowledge of Business Relationship Management techniques

  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • ITIL v3/v4 Certification

  • Scrum Alliance Certification

  • Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs

  • Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards

  • Experience with DoD IT security requirements

  • Experience managing asset accuracy to Critical Success Factors (CSF)

  • DoD 8570.01 Certification Compliance

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300 - 189,600 USD
