CACI International Issue Manager - CI Ops Coordination. Special Access Program (SAP) Controller to support the U.S. European Command (USEUCOM). in International, Germany
What You’ll Get to Do:
Provide support to EUCOM ECJ2X-CI Branch/CCICA. Coordinate and de-conflict with U.S. CI armed services regarding EUCOM CI issues. Function as a conduit between EUCOM and CI service components.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain the DoD SAP nicknamed: ZEBRA GOLD (U) and other CI I (10) SAP rosters.
Update monthly briefing slides outlining theater CI operations and major investigations.
Manage the POLAR REDUX (U) program.
Brief/advise the Command CI Coordination Authority (CCICA) on a monthly basis on CI Investigations, Operations including CT collection operations within Theater.
Conduit between the command and CI components.
Coordinate with US CI organizations and country teams regarding combatant command Cl issues.
Ensure flow of significant foreign intelligence and terrorist threat information between EUCOM, JAC and USG representatives.
Prepare one pagers and slides for monthly briefing to J2 on all component investigations and operations.
Establish and maintain CI portion of Theater Source Registry in coordination with other ECJ2X branches.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Ten (10) years in Counter-Intelligence (Inclusive of Military Experience).
Must be fluent in English.
Bachelor’s degree, similar to Criminal Justice, Political Science, International Relations, or History preferred.
Specialized training plus greater than 10 year’s intelligence analysis experience, or equivalent intelligence/academic experience acceptable.
This position requires a current Top Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain Special Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Familiarity with the EUCOM J2X and how it functions within the J2 Staff.
Proficient in providing specialized input to the CCICA and the EUCOM J2 on a monthly basis.
