We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of EUCOM’s mission objectives.

What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Information Technology Service Management Professional . This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US EUCOM located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany. This position is required to stay OCONUS.

More About the Role:

The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users, specifically:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to

communicate with individuals with all levels of technical and non-technical skill sets (i.e. Developers, Project Managers and external Customers)

  • Ability to coordinate, communicate, and manage projects within and across teams not directly under their supervision

  • Demonstrate experience of incident, problem, service request management, and ticket queue management support

  • Produce processes and procedures documentation (Work Instruction)

  • Must have business analyst experience; excellent problem solving skills; ability to handle and independently prioritize multiple tasks

  • Ability to demonstrate initiative for identifying problems, determining solutions, suggesting and implementing process and test improvements

  • Must be able to work both independently and within a global team.

  • Experience in IT Service Management

  • Conduct process improvement meetings with technical teams, including preparing for and conducting post incident review meetings

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Team building attitude, continuous learning record, and process improvement mindset

  • Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance

  • BA/BS + 5 years recent specialized or AA/AS +7 years recent specialized or a major cert + 9 years recent specialized or 11 years of recent specialized experience

  • DoD 8570 IAT II Baseline Certification

  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • ITIL Intermediate - Preferred

  • Lean Six Sigma - Preferred

  • PowerBI Reporting Certification

  • Agile Certification - Preferred

  • Remedy Training/Experience

  • Knowledge of DoD IT RMF, USCYBERCOM, and JFHQ-DoDIN

  • ITIL Version 3 or 4

  • ServiceNow Experience/Support
