CACI is seeking a Lead Cyber Security Engineer to support the AFMS3 2.0 contract program at the USAFE/AFAFRICA Warfare Center (UAWC) at Einsiedlerhof AS, Germany. You will provide technical expertise for Risk Management Framework (RMF) issues including obtaining Authorities to Operate, Cyber Vulnerability Management (CVM), and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) monitoring.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Provide guidance and subject matter expertise regarding cybersecurity along with DoD and AF Risk Management Framework (RMF) policies and instructions related to the Assessment and Authorization processes.
Provide technical inputs for Cyber Vulnerability Management (CVM) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) regarding remediation timelines or vulnerability mitigation to sufficient detail.
Report security findings and issues associated with the RMF process to the appropriate Cybersecurity POCs, assist the UAWC in achieving consistent application/implementation of network and system security policies, countermeasures, and procedures under development and fielded to user sites and assist the UAWC IAM in assessing the accuracy and completeness of system assessment and authorization packages in accordance with RMF to increase the overall security posture of the UAWC.
Provide guidance in maintaining and updating the following documents: System Security Plan, Configuration Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Vulnerability Management Plan, Patch Management Plan, Incident Response Plan, COOP, and Disaster Recovery Plan.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active Secret security clearance.
Master’s degree and 10 years of relevant cybersecurity experience or a bachelor’s degree and 18 years of cybersecurity experience.
DoD 8570.01-M IAM-3 Certification required (e.g. CISSP, GSLC, or CISM).
Understanding of DoD and Air Force cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework policies and procedures, including DoDI 8510.01, AFI 17-101, NIST 800-53R4, and other applicable policies.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of the operation and maintenance for Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) systems and scan/report production processes.
