What You’ll Get to Do
We are seeking for a Program Support Analyst for the Program Management Office (PMO) to support daily operations.
As the Program Support Analyst, you will have to demonstrate excellent organization, planning, and interpersonal skills. You will need a strong commitment to contract, program, corporate, and mission.
The goal of this role is to achieve operational objectives within job area with direct impact on results. You will work collaboratively with the PMO team on complex assignments, compliance, and security protocols.
Communication & Influence: Communicates with contacts typically within the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring some explanation or interpretation in order to reach agreement. May work to influence parties within own job function at an operational level.
Role will require understanding of other PMO job areas and will require cross-functional training to provide additional support to PMO program related services.

You will be responsible to set objectives in your respective job area to execute in the PMO. The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team– taking that a step further you’ll proactively seek out work and where you can help others.
Assist in coordinating and supporting PMO day-to-day operations
Train contract personnel on program and corporate polices
Experience with TDY travel including OCONUS Relocation and Repatriation
Ensure the daily upkeep of PMO files and databases
Monitor existing tasks to ensure timely execution and completion
Identify contractual requirements for clearance and submit required documentation
Provide business/administrative support to team members and PM staff.
Experience with financial functions including databases, spreadsheets, and reports.

One of the following education combinations is required:
Bachelor’s Degree and three years’ recent experience
Associate's Degree and seven years' recent experience
High School Diploma and eleven years' recent experience
Must be willing to sign for equipment, as required
Must hold a Top Secret Clearance
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Experience with European Contractor Online Processing System (ECOPS)
Experience with Trusted Associate Sponsorship Systems (TASS)
Experience with Security programs:
Defense Information System for Security (DISS)
Army Centralized Contracts and Security Portal (ACCS)
- Experience with Compliance programs:
Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS)
