What You’ll Get to Do

We are seeking for a Security / Project Control Administrator for the Program Management Office (PMO) to support daily operations.

As the Security/Project Control Administrator, you will have to demonstrate excellent organization, planning, and interpersonal skills. You will need a strong commitment to contract, program, corporate, and mission.

The goal of this role is to achieve operational objectives within job area with direct impact on results. You will work collaboratively with the PMO team on complex assignments, compliance, and security protocols.

Project Control Administrator is responsible for making adjustments or recommended enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area.

Security Administrator ensures contract compliance with government regulations and policies for the protection of classified information. Scope of work includes personnel clearance processes, facility clearances, classified information systems, reporting associated with government industrial security requirements, responses to government compliance assessments, and relevant security training and awareness.

Role will require understanding of other PMO job areas and will require cross-functional training to provide additional support to PMO program related services.

You will be responsible to set objectives in your respective job area to execute in the PMO. The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team– taking that a step further you’ll proactively seek out work and where you can help others.

  • Develop, implement, and enforce security/program policies, protocols, compliance, and procedures

  • Train contract personnel on program and corporate policies

  • Assist in coordinating and supporting PMO day-to-day operations

  • Create and generate reports for management

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, SharePoint)

  • Outstanding organizational skills

  • Experience with Security programs including Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and Army Centralized Contracts and Security Portal (ACCS)

  • Experience with Compliance programs: Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS)

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to pass TESA

  • One of the following education combinations is required: Bachelor’s Degree and three years’ recent experience and Associate's Degree and seven years' recent experience High School Diploma and eleven years' recent experience

  • Must be willing to sign for equipment, as required

  • Must hold an Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Experience with European Contractor Online Processing System (ECOPS)

  • Experience with Trusted Associate Sponsorship Systems (TASS)

  • Experience in logistical support (relocation-repatriation)
