We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of AFRICOM, EUCOM and CJTF-HOA’s mission objectives.

What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Senior IT Project Manager. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US Air Force Africa (AFAF) located OCONUS in Ramstein, Germany. This position is required to stay OCONUS.

More About the Role:

The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.

• Serve as the project and requirements manager/integrator responsible for IT requirements management

• Analyze customer requirements to create business, functional, and technical specifications

• Expert level project management and analytic skills required to identify process improvement opportunities, recognize demand signals, document and report requirements, and analyze demand signal trends within the organization.

• Expert level ability to facilitate between internal and external stakeholders (i.e engineering, physical security, cyber security, enterprise architecture, etc)

• Expert level strategic management and directorate engagement to engage leaders of military, civilian, and partner nations.

• Senior level trainer and team leader to analyze, recommend, and manage transformation using industry best practices, including ITIL, DESMF, and Business Relationship Management.

• Assist in the development and validation of physical security assessments, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and approved products list (APL)

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Team building attitude, continuous learning record, and process improvement mindset

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance and qualify for a TS/SCI clearance

• BA/BS + 5 years recent specialized or AA/AS +7 years recent specialized or a major cert + 7 years recent specialized or 11 years of recent specialized experience

• Project Management Professional or Lean Six Sigma Certification

• Knowledge of DESMF and ITIL

• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

• Ability to travel to various locations throughout the AFAF AOR to include austere locations

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• ITIL v4 Certification

• Scrum Alliance Certification

• Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs

• Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards

• Experience with DoD IT security requirements

• Experience managing asset accuracy to Critical Success Factors (CSF)

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200 - 158,100 USD
