We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement EUCOM’s mission objectives.

What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Software Developer . This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US EUCOM located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany. This position is required to travel OCONUS.

EUCOM’s Information Superiority and Knowledge Management (ISKM) division seeks to develop KM solutions using agile methodology embodying best UI/UX principles. The ISKM Software Developer works with the Scrum team to develop business process improvement software packages. They support and code client side and/or server-side applications in a development environment, test code for accuracy in pre-production, and ensure interoperability and completeness to achieve desired results within the production environment. Works with Scrum Master and technical writer to deliver necessary documentation and testing results.

More About the Role:

The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.

The ISKM Software Developer provides custom application development solutions to enhance the command’s decision-making processes and increase the speed and accuracy of decision-making using the Microsoft .Net framework, ASP.Net, JavaScript (JS), JQuery, Node.js, Bootstrap, Angular, React, TypeScript, etc, and object models to include JSON, CSOM, and REST. The ISKM Software Developer will provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development staff

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Currently hold an adjudicated Top Secret/SCI Clearance and be able to maintain

  • Tesa Eligibility

  • BA/BS + 5 years recent specialized or AA/AS +7 years recent specialized or a major cert +9 years recent specialized or 11 years of recent specialized experience

  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)

  • CompTIA Security + (IAT Level II or greater)

  • Proficiency with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript(JS), JQuery, SharePoint API, REST, and CSOM

  • Understand software development using Agile methodology.

  • Experience with UI/UX design.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • ITIL v3 – Foundation

  • Experience with AngularJS, Angular, TypeScript, Bootstrap, Node.js, Knockout, Handlebars.js, JSON

  • Experience with Node.js, Gulp, Grunt, ES6, SQL, MVC

  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Git-based source control systems like Bitbucket)

  • Experience with Containerization

  • Understand software development (Agile environment) processes, software error/defect testing, regression testing, and documentation

  • Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs

  • Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards

  • Experience with DoD IT security requirements

  • Experience in a DevOps environment

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200 - 158,100 USD
