CACI International Program Management Administrative Support in International, Iraq
Responsible for providing administrative support to management.
Positions contain a broad cross-section of business administration functions across all operations of the organization including managing or performing finance, budget, HR, and facilities responsibilities.
Incumbents may provide professional administrative expertise by coordinating, researching, recommending, and implementing overall business administrative initiatives.
Duties may include administrative tasks in functional areas such as: finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development.
Responsibilities may include email follow up, meeting scheduling, preparing budgeting summaries, project schedules, and analysis of information for function.
Experience: at least two years working experience in Government as either a Government or contractor employee providing administrative contract or logistical management support PLUS
Special skills or qualifications:
Proficient in using basic computer applications to include MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and current information automation and dissemination (KM) tools such as SharePoint or other KM tools
Capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team
Associates degree - OR four years of relevant experience
Former Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO)
