What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF CI Operations Planner you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Command, Control, Cyber, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) mission areas.

You will be a member of a team that will monitor and provide expertise regarding specific countries within USAREUR-AF’s AOR/AOI and plan/organize USAREUR-AF G2X’s analytical engagement with NATO and other foreign partner agencies.

More About the Role:

As a CACI SOAS USAREUR-AF CI Operations Planner you will embed at Mons (Mons, BE) or Vincenza, Italy and may travel as required, to perform services at other locations within the USEUCOM or US AFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

The USAREUR-AF TMISS Team will research, analyze, and produce near- and long-term all source assessments on terrorism / counterterrorism, and multi-discipline counter-intelligence issues in response to CG USAREUR-AF’s priority intelligence requirements and to enable U.S. and foreign partner counterintelligence operations.

Other duties of the CI Operations Planner will include but are not limited to:

•Apply expertise to implement 650th MI Group's operations, exercises, plans, programs, policies, and procedures during deliberate and crisis planning phases. Coordinate with NATO components, combatant commands, and multinational partners as part of an operations planning team.

•Provide Knowledge Management support for products produced by the S3 section.

•Plan, publish orders, and coordinate operations in support of 650th MI Group.

•Manage the long range and group calendars.

•Facilitate data transfer between domains (NATO and US).

•Liaise between commands and represent the command at planning conferences and events. Support and integrate DoD, interagency, and allied partner capabilities in each operational plan phase.

•Support all aspects of exercise development in support of the Program Manager, maintain exercise documents, and develop all required exercise compliance documents.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Current TS/SCI Clearance

  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of directly related military experience; OR 15 years of directly related military experience.

  • Experience in managing Counter Intelligence planning and operations requirements and aligning those requirements with real-world CI Operations Activities

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Recent experience managing CI Operations the EUCOM and/or AFRICOM theaters.

  • Military CI Operations background and experience.

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
