CACI has an exciting opportunity for a Building Operations Manager to join our team in Southeast Asia. This non-hostile OCONUS assignment comes with a generous benefits package and lots of perks!

What You'll Get to Do:

As the Building Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing maintenance, operations and overall facility operations. Duties include service on the general building operations (HVAC, electrical, infrastructure, grounds), and contract project oversight. Responsibilities may also include driving services such as delivery, transportation for equipment as needed.

More About the Role:

  1. Maintenance:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program ensuring optimal performance.

  • Conduct inspections of HVAC systems and equipment to identify and address any issues promptly.

  • Coordinate with local contractors for specialized HVAC repairs and installations as needed.

  • Monitor HVAC performance metrics, analyze data to identify opportunities for efficiency.

  1. Facility Operations:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, including building maintenance and security devices.

  • Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for all facility equipment and systems.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and keep a safe working environment for staff and visitors.

  • Provide facility budget ideas and expenditures related to maintenance and operations.

  • Implement sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact and reduce operating costs.

  1. Emergency Response:
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans for facility-related incidents, including HVAC system failures, natural disasters, and other emergencies.

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and effective response to emergency situations.

  • Conduct regular drills and training exercises to prepare staff for emergency scenarios.

You Will Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with poly clearance

  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related work experience. Additional experience may be substituted for degree.

  • Recognized master in a technical discipline of HVAC and/or Electrical.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,100-$171,900
