Job Description

What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking a Site Lead, responsible for the performance of relatively small G4 Global technical support projects or tasks in accordance with contract requirements, appropriate policies, procedures, and guidelines. Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. Manages the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation and testing in accordance with project objectives. Manages subcontractors and vendors providing services and materials to the G4 Global Support Services Program.

More About the Role:

Plans, and manages quality assurance (QA). Responsible for the performance of mid-level technical support projects or tasks in accordance with contract requirements, and appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines. Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. Manages the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.

Assists in the management of the support services program in multiple locations or focus areas. Optimizes operating results in terms of cost, methods, and personnel and implements quality assurance program directives. Assists in defining and implementation of program schedules. Coordinates with the COR/ACOR on contract requirements and concerns as required. Hires, trains and directs employee work activities. Reviews and approves timecards, prepares performance reviews, and handles discipline problems.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical, engineering or military discipline and eight to ten years of related experience.

A minimum of six to eight to years of related experience including two years of managerial experience on programs and projects that provide for global maintenance, integration, installation, engineering and logistics support of complex systems.

Demonstrated ability in fiscal and business management, including the management of Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) efforts.

Experience in the development, collection, analysis and reporting of personnel requirements, configuration management, quality assurance, integrated logistics, engineering, warehousing, materiel management, and maintenance activities.

The ability to correctly interpret and direct the accomplishment of Performance Based contract requirements.

Skilled briefer.

Current Top-Secret clearance with SSBI and eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI) indoctrination.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Specialized experience with Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Intelligence Electronic Warfare (IEW) systems and/or support facilities is desirable.
