CACI International System Administrator in International, South Korea
What You’ll Get to Do:
This position will be a part of an onsite team who hosts their own capabilities and provides significant support to distributed teams throughout Korea using primarily remote assistance and occasional travel.
This position is located at Osan Air Force Base, Korea and is in support of a 5-year contract which began on July 1, 2016.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Interface with the communications squadron for access and compliance issues
Provide assistance to team members with system troubleshooting
Complete Certification & Accreditation processes (RMF) as required
Patch and maintain Windows based Servers
Patch and maintain Oracle databases
Troubleshoot server functionality as needed
Plan for hardware and software portfolio to meet needs
Assist with website development, troubleshooting and testing
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
B.S. or B.A. degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience with server-side Public Key Infrastructure technology
Working knowledge of SSL/TLS and other security protocols
3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Active Directory and/or LDAP directory services
Background in Department of Defense Information Assurance, including certification and accreditation (RMF) and system administration
Five years of experience with the use and administration of Windows based servers
Experience with Oracle Database Administration
Familiarity with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and their implementation
Understanding of IIS, Tomcat
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Current CompTIA’s Security+ certification.
Current US DOD SECRET security clearance.
Willingness to travel to other locations within Korea and possibly Japan or Hawaii.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience using, configuring, and administering Esri's ArcGIS desktop and server solutions (ArcSDE, ArcGIS Server, ArcMap, ArcCatalog, ArcToolbox)
Previous experience supporting the Air Force or other military organization.
Experience providing formal and informal technical training.
Experience with the US Air Force GeoBase Program.
Ability to produce technical documentation
Knowledge of Spatial Data Standards for Facilities Infrastructure and Environment
Familiarity with the Grails Framework
